AA2500-S-Flexible
The AA2500-S-Flexible is an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) that uses advanced laser-guided localization and mapping (SLAM) to navigate without human intervention. It employs BlueBotics ANT modules to map its environment, plan routes and move freely through the virtually programmed space. The system handles heavy wheeled loads (carts, trolleys, dollies) up to 2,500 kg with powered traction and large wheels suited to floor unevenness.

The AA2500-S-Flexible uses BlueBotics ANT modules to map its environment, plan routes and move freely through the programmed space with ±1 cm positioning accuracy. A sturdy bumper with integrated safety laser scanner, emergency stops, parking brake and lighting keep it safe among people.
Supplied, demonstrated and serviced across the UAE and GCC by ADW Machinery, the exclusive MOVEXX distributor. No operator licence is required.

How much can the AA2500-S-Flexible move?

How long does the battery last?
A charged LiFePO4 Smart Battery covers a normal shift. Because the pack is exchangeable, a second battery on charge gives 24/7 operation with no downtime — swap in seconds, no charging bay.
Does it need floor markings or a control system?
The Guided models follow an optical line with RFID tags; the Flexible AMRs navigate with laser SLAM and need no floor markings. ADW designs the route and commissions the system with MOVEXX.
