Who we are
ADW Machinery (Admiral World Machinery) is a machinery and materials-handling equipment supplier based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are the exclusive UAE and GCC distributor for MOVEXX, KSF, Ramia and Pianoplan, and we sell, rent and service specialist handling equipment.

What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit adwmachinery.com or contact us, why we collect it, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it.
It does not cover websites we link to. If you click through to a manufacturer’s site, a social media platform or Google Maps, that organisation’s own privacy policy applies to whatever you do there.
What we collect
We keep this deliberately narrow. We do not run an online shop, we do not ask you to create an account, and we do not buy or sell contact lists.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (such as health, religious, biometric or financial account details) through this website, and we ask you not to send it to us in the message box. If you need to send commercially sensitive documents, ask us and we will arrange a more appropriate channel than a web form.
The quote request form
When you submit the enquiry form on this site, two things happen: the submission is emailed to our sales inbox, and a copy is stored in this website’s own database so that nothing gets lost if an email fails to arrive.
Only the fields on the form are collected. Alongside them, our form software records the date and time of submission and the IP address the submission came from — this is standard spam protection and lets us identify and block automated abuse.
Submitting the form does not sign you up to a mailing list. If we ever start sending marketing emails, that will be a separate opt-in, and every message will carry a one-click unsubscribe link.
Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. This site uses very few of them.
- Strictly necessary cookies. Our security and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) sets cookies that distinguish real visitors from automated bots and keep the site available. Our website software sets cookies only for logged-in staff. None of these track you across other websites.
- Preference cookies. If you make a choice about cookies, one cookie stores that choice.
- Analytics and advertising cookies. At the time of writing, this website does not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts. If we add analytics or advertising measurement in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
Why we are allowed to use your data
Where UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, the EU/UK GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on the following grounds:
- Your request. You asked us for a quotation, demonstration or rental, so we need your details to respond and to take steps towards a contract.
- Our legitimate business interests. Keeping the website secure, preventing fraud and abuse, keeping records of enquiries, and following up on a live sales conversation.
- Legal obligation. Retaining commercial, tax and customs records that UAE law requires us to keep.
- Consent. For anything optional, such as non-essential cookies or marketing emails, where consent is required. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.
We do share it with a small number of service providers who help us run the business, and only to the extent they need it:
- Our web hosting provider, which stores the website and its database on our behalf.
- Cloudflare, which sits in front of the website to protect it from attack and speed it up.
- Our email provider, which delivers the enquiry notification to our sales inbox and delivers our replies to you.
- Our website security software, which logs and blocks malicious traffic.
- The manufacturers we represent, but only where fulfilling your specific request requires it — for example a technical query that must be answered by the factory, a warranty claim, or a machine configured to order. We share the minimum needed, and we will tell you if this is necessary.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
International transfers
We are based in the United Arab Emirates. Some of our service providers — hosting, email and security — operate servers outside the UAE, including in Europe and the United States. Where personal data moves across borders, we rely on providers who commit contractually to appropriate safeguards and to protecting the data to a standard consistent with the law that applies to it.
How we protect it
The whole site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to the website’s administration area and to our sales inbox is restricted to authorised staff, and the site sits behind a firewall and malicious-traffic filtering.
No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever occurs that puts your personal data at meaningful risk, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy of it.
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Delete it, where we do not have a legal or legitimate reason to keep it.
- Restrict or object to how we use it, including for direct marketing.
- Transfer it to another provider in a machine-readable format, where that right applies.
- Withdraw a consent you previously gave.
Email [email protected] with the subject line “Data request” and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not disclose someone else’s information to the wrong person. Exercising these rights is free, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the UAE Data Office, or to the data protection authority in your own country if you are outside the UAE.
Children
This is a business-to-business website for industrial equipment. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data — for example by adding website analytics or a newsletter — we will update this page and change the “last updated” date at the top. Where the change is significant, we will make it prominent rather than quietly editing the text.
