AA2500-S-Guided
The AA2500-S-Guided is a mid-end, automatically guided vehicle capable of following an optic route completely autonomously. The AA2500-S-Guided can automatically couple and decouple trolleys and is mostly used in an industrial production environment and the physical distribution logistics. The AA2500-S-Guided is also capable of navigating various complex routes with switches and requires minimum maintenance. It is equipped with the function to read RFID tags, and is able to drive variable speeds up to 4 km/h.

The AA2500-S-Guided moves 2,500 kg completely autonomously along an optical line: a 750 W brushless drive, RFID stops, automatic coupling and decoupling of trolleys, and a built-in touchscreen for task management.
Supplied, demonstrated and serviced across the UAE and GCC by ADW Machinery, the exclusive MOVEXX distributor. No operator licence is required.

How much can the AA2500-S-Guided move?
Up to 2,500 kg. Typical loads: roll cages, carts & dollies, trailers. Tell us the weight of your fullest cart and the floor it runs on and we will confirm the model.
How long does the battery last?
A charged LiFePO4 Smart Battery covers a normal shift. Because the pack is exchangeable, a second battery on charge gives 24/7 operation with no downtime — swap in seconds, no charging bay.
Does it need floor markings or a control system?
The Guided models follow an optical line with RFID tags; the Flexible AMRs navigate with laser SLAM and need no floor markings. ADW designs the route and commissions the system with MOVEXX.
