Stop Trucks® systems prevent a truck rolling away or driving off at the dock, minimising the risk of injury and of transport vehicles falling during loading.
An ergonomic telescopic lever guides the blocking arm to the wheel and locks it; the lock is activated by switch or automatically via the door or dock controls.
The fully automatic, patented system secures the truck at axle height against rolling away or driving off.
Stop Bodies® secures swap bodies against unintended movement during loading and can be linked to the door controls for maximum safety.
A worldwide unique electro-hydraulic system locks onto the swap body and pushes it against the dock so it cannot slip away — and can be coupled to door, signal lights and dock leveller.
The combination of Stop Trucks® Lateral and Stop Bodies® — fully automated securing of trucks and swap bodies, used by leading logistics companies with the result “zero accidents”.
Secures trucks from 12 to 40 tonnes; when a swap body docks instead, the STL moves aside automatically so the legs cannot collide.
