Customization for automotive

Automotive manufacturers often use transport trains, also known as milk runs, for internal transport. These milk runs are made up of pallet dollies with four swivel castor wheels. Until now, it was not possible to move these carts in a quick and safe manner. This has changed with the development of our MD series.

When everyone else gives up. MD1000.

Carts with four casters are indispensable in the logistics process. The carts are flexible and get to places where other carts cannot or cannot easily reach. A major challenge, however, is the controlled maneuvering of these carts. The system was developed to generate a pivot point in the center of the load. Then it is possible to control these types of carts in a simple way. The MD1000 is very compact and powerful enough to handle carts up to 1000 kg.

When precision is not a demand but a requirement.

Horizontal logistics movements come in all types and quantities. When the movements are repetitive and increasing in number, Movexx’s AGVs can be an excellent addition to your Logistics. The AGV2500 has a towing capacity of 2500 kg. The AGV can automatically hitch, carry and unhitch the load. Is a new load ready? The AGV retrieves it automatically. With a multitude of built-in sensors, the safety of personnel and the environment is ensured.
